Professor Musah, Justine, and Kristen traveled to San Diego, CA to present at the 66th Annual Meeting for the American Society for Mass Spectrometry. Kristen presented a talk titled “LADI of the Wood: Imaging of Small-Molecule Spatial Distributions in Endangered Wood Species by a Novel Ambient Ionization Imaging Technique”. Professor Musah and Justine presented posters titled “Knot What You Think: Species Identification of Illegally-traded Woods by Direct Analysis in Real Time-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry” and “The Time He Dies as Told by Flies: Identification of Necrophagous Insects by DART-HRMS for Post Mortem Interval Estimation” respectively.
